We are expecting over 300 total attendees, with the perfect mix of bloggers, publishers, brands and industry experts.

When can I register for ThinkTank 2019?
Now! Applications are now open and will stay open until ThinkTank sells out. Be sure to apply before March 1, 2019, to secure the early bird pricing.
Is there a group discount?
All ThinkTank ticket prices do not include a group discount. All individuals must register separately.
What is included in my ThinkTank all access pass?
Each pass includes 100% access to our private meeting scheduling and attending messaging platform, all sessions, workshops and networking opportunities. Additionally, each pass includes one hotel room for one night (6/4), and all meals that are part of the ThinkTank agenda.
When is the last day I can apply?
Applications will stay open until ThinkTank sells out. Apply before March 1, 2019, to secure the early bird pricing.
What is the ThinkTank 2019 cancellation/refund policy?
All cancellations and transfers must take place prior to Friday, March 1, 2019, to receive a full refund.

Do I need to book a hotel room?
Hotel rooms are provided for attendees based on the requests provided during registration. Hotel rooms for the night between day 1 and day 2 of ThinkTank (Tuesday, June 4) are included as part of your all access pass!
Do I need to pay for my hotel room?
No, the price of your one-night stay (check in Tuesday, June 4, and check out Wednesday, June 5) at the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel is included in the price of your all access pass. You are only responsible for covering the cost of any additional nights, and will be required to provide a credit card upon check in to cover any incidentals.
Will parking be available at the hotel?
Yes, the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel provides valet parking.
Overnight, fee: $69.00 USD daily*
8-12 hours, fee: $59.00 USD daily
2-8 hours, fee: $49.00 USD daily
Under 2 hours, fee: $39.00 USD
*Please note that Overnight fee is valid until 1:00 P.M., any time past 1:00 P.M. will be billed an additional $5.00 per hour.
Additionally, there are two self-park lots in close proximity to the Renaissance guests can use.

What airport should I fly into?
Our guests can use either Midway International Airport or O'hare International Airport. Please see the hotel website for further direction on getting to or from either airport.
What should I wear to the event?
ThinkTank attendees have worn a variety of attire in the past, everything from suit jackets to t-shirts and jeans. There is no official dress code, but we do encourage business casual.
Can I bring a guest to the social events?
Due to the capacity restraints at our venues, we are not able to extend invitations to attendee guests.
I am local and do not need a hotel room, is there a discount available?

Are there pre-event networking opportunities?
Yes, be sure to join our Welcome Happy Hour the Monday night before ThinkTank (June 3) as we kick off the conference!
We will also be offering a private site for our attendees to network and schedule meetings together. More information to come.
How do I pre-schedule 1:1 partner meetings?
We will have a private site for guests to request appointments with one another during our 1:1 partner meetings.
